He is a nationally recognized outstanding calligrapher and painter, and a specially invited exhibitor at the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Painting. In 2003, he founded the Traditional Chinese Painting 365 website. Many of his works have been collected by art galleries, friends from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Italy, and various parts of China. His unique style has earned him the nickname “Zhang Jianguo School” among Taiwanese friends. Works such as “Butterfly-Catching Picture” and “Clouds Over Mount Huangshan” have won gold awards in the Gardeners Group at the Jinghe Studio event, as well as excellent awards from the Ministry of Culture and UNESCO’s World Heritage in China exhibition. His achievements have been included in publications such as “World’s Top Experts and Talents” and “World Famous Personalities.
